Today hit 34 degrees outside. Yes I did go for a walk/run this afternoon, and my goodness did it feel great. Since I have not majorly worked out/or ran for about 3 months I started back at Week 1 Day 1 of the Couch to 5K training. Today's workout was pretty easy which is a good thing. I can't wait to be running for the half-marathon! Hope you are all having a great week!
